We have taken steps to help protect the safety of all guests and ourselves.
We have successfully completed an assessment and pleased to display our
"We're Good To Go" Certificate, this is the official UK mark to confirm we have worked hard to adhere to government and public health guidance and have a process in place to maintain cleanliness and
social distancing procedures.

We are now taking booking enquiries and reservations and ready to
"Welcome you back to Serendipity Bed and Breakfast"
We require guests wear a face covering at the property entrance and exit
and whilst using the communal hallway areas, as hosts we will do the same.
At our B&B house entrance there is a hand sanitising station leading to a
communal hallway where 'social distancing measures' are in place.
We will confirm and record your contact details for the 'contact / tracing'
system, these will be securely held by us for a period of 21 days.
We will now be operating a reduced house occupancy with just TWO
downstairs bedrooms, set up for a max 2 guests in each room with one
double bed per room. (sorry, there are no facilities for adding extra beds)
There is also be an additional hand sanitising station within each guest room.
Deep cleaning sanitising measures are in place in the bedrooms, en-suites, breakfast room and throughout the
entire property with additional frequent
sanitising measures done by us during the day along all communal spaces
paying particular attention to all hand touch surfaces including doors,
door handles, tables, switches, sockets etc for the safety of everyone.
All payments will be processed during you stay at Serendipity B&B
using a contactless credit/debit cards worldpay system.

Here at Serendipity B&B we offer "Bed and Breakfast" facilities only.
In line with our specific B&B liability insurance we do not have any self-catering facilities for guests to use. Our B&B guests do not have access to or the use of our
kitchen for cooking or microwave facilities for cooking or preparing their own food.
We have a strict policy of NO takeaway food or preparing your own cooked food in the bedrooms. No portable camping stoves inside the bedrooms or on the B&B premises!
(Yes, this sounds crazy but it does happen)
Any damage caused due to ignoring this policy will be re-charged.
Please note for guests stopping for more than just one night, the B&B is closed for guest access daily between 11.00am - 4.00pm (B&B liability insurance purposes)
